ROC STRONG

Dr. Mike had a great time competing in the ROC Strong competition at KINETIX Strength & Wellness over the weekend. He competed with long time patient, Lauren Henry. Together they each performed 3 max lifts and came out with some awesome PRs.

Lauren's Results:

120 lb shoulder to overhead for 3

115 lb clean complex

185 squat for 3

Dr. Mike's Results:

185 lb 1RM snatch

315 lb bench press for 3

515 lb deadlift for 3

Total Weight: 1435 lbs
