BIRTHFIT is a movement, a lifestyle, an approach to conception, adoption and birth, a state of readiness, a safe space and a community for women and families going through the parenthood transition. Our Mission is to cultivate awareness and enhance education throughout the parenthood transition by developing and producing one of a kind BIRTHFIT experiences through in-person classes and distance learning so that any human has the space to make her/his own informed, intuitively guided choices.
Dr. Sarah serves women and families in the Rochester community who are looking to intentionally recover from childbirth. The motherhood transition spans the preconception period through at least the first years postpartum, and any woman within this time frame (or beyond) is welcome to participate in the services offered at Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic. All BIRTHFIT classes are held in the basement studio space at Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic.

To cultivate a relationship with food that is rich in color and nutrients from a wide variety of animals, fish, plants, fruits, fats, and starchy tubers, while nourishing the body through the different rhythms of life and the female cycle.
