Alex Curran, LMT
Alex Curran comes to us as a native of Rochester, NY. He graduated from Alfred State college and SUNY Geneseo, earning his AAS, and BA. Then went on to graduate from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. Being a competitive pole vaulter for more than 15 years, it was through his love of being active that he found the importance of massage therapy. Alex believes that helping his clients obtain better range of motion and more functional movement will allow for a life without many different muscular pains, and help athletes reach the next level of performance. He understands that no two clients are alike and neither are the ways to appoach a plan to treat their chronic or acute conditions.
Alex is the pole vault coach at his alma mater, SUNY Geneseo. Here he sees multiple unique cases each week with the althetes of the whole Track & field team. His approach to muscle manipulation is defined by his passion to help others. Alex strives to do his best, so you can feel your best.
Adding to his academic credentials, Alex plans to obtain his ART (Active Release Technique) and CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach) certifications to provide even more depth to his knowledge of the human anatomy.
Alex enjoys providing sports and therapeutic massage to all athletes. If you have any questions for Alex, please feel free to email him at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are interested in scheduling an appointment, please give the office a call at 585-444-7325.
